The Hoffman & Harpst Co., Inc. has been in the heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and sheet metal business in the Toledo area since 1892. We employ Local 33 Sheet Metal Workers and Local 50 Pipe Fitters & MES Journeymen. We, as a company, have the following capabilities:
Fabrication and Installation – Sheet Metal
We offer fabrication and installation of steel, stainless steel and aluminum duct systems from 26 to 10 gauge for use in industrial process systems, HVAC and dust collection systems. Layout and cutting of all systems is done with speed and accuracy by our computerized Plazma cutting machine.
Fabrication and Installation – Fiberglass
Hoffman & Harpst also offers fabrication and installation of fiberglass duct board and internally insulated sheet metal duct systems.

Layout and Design
Our expertise includes layout and design of HVAC systems and special environmental control systems for computer rooms, classrooms, laboratories and manufacturing areas.
Maintenance and Repair Service
Contact us for maintenance and repair service for all types of HVAC systems. We are authorized agents for Dunham-Bush, Liebert, Trane, Carrier, York, Lennox and all other manufacturers. Maintenance and/or service contracts are available upon request for any or all HVAC refrigeration systems.

Preventative Maintenance (PM) Contracts
Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) contracts can be written with an almost unlimited number of options and variations as to the number of inspections per year with hourly or lump sum rates. Our inspection and/or repairs, equipment assessment and payment schedule are all designed to best meet the needs of the customer.
